Unfortunately there's only one rebate per subscribed account, but you can get a friend hooked, save money and get a new quest buddy into the bargain.

You'll need to fill out a coupon, accessible from an email recently sent by Blizzard -- if you don't have one, contact Blizzard France for support. It's a little complicated, involving finding out your friend's account name and sending your international bank details to Blizzard, but it's worth it for the fun of spreading some discounted WoW joy this season.
