Actually, it works well - my wife and I are both gamers, and usually spend 10-12 hours a week playing WoW together. :)

I have a friend who has been photoshopping fake junior college report cards to trick his parents into thinking he's still in school when, in fact, he's just playing WoW and not working.

WoW ruined my life, inasmuch as I played it for a whole semester and dropped out of Temple. True, the GAME didn't do it, it was my REACTION to it (pure addiction) that contributed to me never going to class. That's the problem with modern people, they think they're absolved of all responsibility. No sir, this was my fuckup, but I still fight the addiction. When I'm hiking around (my second favorite hobby) I imagine I'm on my way somewhere interesting to get a quest, but I realize that there are no such things in the real world and I'm thinking about WoW. Feh.

Yes I would get a lot more productive things done if it weren't for WoW. But do I really care?

CK, you're on like 400 blogs and you still find time to play? You cannot possibly sleep.
Maybe the next post should be "How many hours of sleep a week have you lost now that you play?" I would have to say that I'm down a solid 10+ hours a week in sleep from before I was playing.
