Gifts for Winter Veil
Well, it looks as if Great-Grandfather Winter has really outdone himself this year, with loads of presents for
all the good Orcs & Humans. If you haven't stopped by and seen him in Ironforge or Orgrimmar this season, better get
there fast, 'cus you might just have a gift waiting under the tree!My Paladin found a few gifts waiting at hearthside with his name on them...and some of them are pretty nifty seasonal gadgets, too. I don't want to give anything away yet to anyone who hasn't had a chance to open theirs, but everyone run and grab your gifts, then come back here & tell us all what you got!

So for all those under 40 players... What's the "Ticking present"? It's killing me not knowing what it is and not being able to find out. :)

Somehow this site isn't really raking in many comments or attention in general considering that there is a potential readership of more than 5 million, amirite? I fear you are simply waging an uphill battle in a snowstorm armed with nothing but a toothpick against established warcraft news and community sites. The Wiki and database sites surely won't make things any easier. Good luck, try putting out more news as this thing looks rather dead. A previous statement in an article by whoever-wrote-it that they haven't levelled any character beyond 15 isn't really getting my hopes or confidence in much original content up though.

I disagree with the comment above. one has to keep in mind, the site is still rather young, and rather unknown. All it needs is time and I'm sure it will get more visitors. I, for example, visit this site every day looking for interesting news and facts. Hell, this site will probably be the first I'll see that'll reviel the new Alliance race. I admit though, although this site does seem a bit more geared to the "lowbies" in terms of news (Blue items, Character classes for noobs stuff) It can only get better as the bloggers become more experienced with the game and thusly show it with thier articles. I for one plan to keep visiting this site for many more months to come, and hope that the site continues its work.

I got a tiny snowman pet, a mechanical mini-grench, a tiny "santa's little helper" pet (basically a male-gnome pet), and some 2% mana regen drinks, and some 2% health regen cookies

Yeah, what Orii said ! I check in with this site a couple times a day...but I've never left a comment till now... The quantity of comments is not a standard by which I judge a sites success. Keep it up.

I personally love the tone of the site! WOW is a big game, but there will never be new news everyday. I like most of the articles, they are usually great conversation starters. Just because the site is new and does not generate as many comments as some, is not a negative on its part. Keep up the good work.

I think once they establish their guild the site traffic will pick up.
Speaking of guild... Any more news on that? I've been playing on Akama since you said thats where your Horde guild will be

About the comments about the success or unsuccess of this site. It's supported by weblogs inc. They've practically got a monopoly on the blogging world. It will be successful.
As for the preserved holly, keep it, it will be valueble AH material soon. I sold preserved holly with only 4 charges left for 9g55s in AH think about the value after the holidays. I still have some in the bank I am keeping until a week or so after the holiday material goes away

Personally, I like this site a lot. It's the only WoW site I visit daily. In fact I only go to other WoW sites when there is an interesting link posted here. I find the quality of the posts here to be much higher (#3 above being an obvious exception) than on other sites.

I like the site a lot. There's been quite a few links posted here that I hadn't seen before.
Keep it up!

I enjoy reading the articles and the comments here. It's more discussion based than a lot of other sites, the topics are usually interesting and things don't usually degenerate into "yer momma" type arguments very often.
I got a red gnome, a green gnome, a snowman, cookies and eggnog.
