I have dealt with the GM's in WOW a number of times. They were really helpful in the beta and have since given me support for dealing with one crazy person I ran into ingame who was cursing a lot... They also helped me to restore my old character when my brother deleted it without my permission! Nothing but clear skies for me with the GM's :)
