Game-within-a-game addon
Looking for a way to spend those
tedious minutes in the BG queue? WatchingWoW brings word of this minigames addon,
a pack which includes five games to help you pass the time. While the current selection of games includes classics like Tetris, Clickable Culture makes the excellent point that this sort of thing would be an excellent outlet for some user-created games. With five million potential users, there are some great opportunities here.

The Cosmos UI package used to feature minigames. It had Chess, TicTacToe, and a couple others. You could even play these games with other players in the game! They removed it awhile ago for some reason. All that's left of it is an entry at WoWWiki.com http://www.wowwiki.com/MiniGames

Im sorry, but I don't get this. You are paying $15 a month to sit there and play Tetris in the game? Why don't you go help out the lower levels in their quests while you wait for BG? There are millions of things you can do while waiting, instead of sitting around playing a game otherwise free on the net.

I suppose they're thinking of Second Life, which has a successful internal game coded by players.
I use the time waiting for BGs to level up my fishing. I wouldn't otherwise bother, even though I'm constantly told how lucrative is it...

Mig!, Helping lower levels with their quests is one of the worst things to do. It's not being a good person. It's giving in to lazy 11 Year olds. Every quest is made so it is possible for a player with a level equal to the quest's level to accomplish it by themselves. And if the quest says other wise, they would party up with other equal levels. High levels don't help low levels, they do it for the low levels. Play your tetris.
