Blizzard has recently put up a detailed guide to World of Warcraft's chat
interface. Perhaps it sounds trivial, but this guide goes over the multitude of available options and settings
which most of us may have otherwise overlooked. (At least I know I did.)

Believe it or not, this was actually kind of helpful to me. I'll be the first to admit it: I'm a newbie at heart, and World of Warcraft is such a massive game that there are level 60s out there who don't fully understand the game mechanics. I suppose you could call this a small step towards 31337-ness, and of course every little bit helps.

You can post suggestions in their suggestion forum at http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.aspx?fn=wow-suggestions
But don't expect a response - it's Blizzard's policy to read without replying.
