Leaked Patch 1.10 Patch Notes?

PartingVisions has a list of 1.10 updates from the Taiwan
forums - which a number of players are already crying "nerf!" on. While I can't personally speak
for the accuracy of the translations, none of them sound outlandish, and most of them include things we've already
heard about (the priest
updates, for example). If the patch notes are really this finalized, perhaps it's a sign we'll be seeing them
up on the test realms soon!
