This guide from the priest forums actually provides useful advice for any class with an interest in attempting to heal in PvP.  With healers being primary targets, it's important to play with a good group that understands teamwork is the name of the game.  But as important as finding a team is making sure the team knows how to play with a healing priest.  Any PvP healers here who want to chime in with their own thoughts?
