While some portions of Ahn'Qiraj can be done with no nature resist at all, other portions are made much easier if you have some (or a lot!).  And for those without access to the Green Dragon gear, Juli on Cenarius server has compiled a good list of non-raid nature resist gear available for those attempting to get started in Ahn'Qiraj.  If you're still searching for the perfect addition to your NR set, you can also check Thottbot's listing of NR armor and NR weapons - but these lists include raid gear as well.
