Beginner's Guide to UI Add-Ons
If you're looking to start
creating custom user interface add-ons for WoW, mmhell.com has written a
handy guide, that
takes you through the process of creating your first one by using a simple clock add-on as an example..The guide is very user-friendly, but some working knowledge of XML is a plus, and a basic familiarity with scripting won't hurt, either. If you're a true novice, the site also has a more general beginner's guide to modding in general that might be a better place to start. And please, no more Chuck Norris add-ons, as much as I love the guy.

This tutorial is ok. It is rather old actually. It would be really nice if there was a more advanced and in-depth walkthrough regarding buildings Add-ons for WoW. All in all, the information is pretty scattered around.
