I've talked before about
how important nature resist is in parts of
Ahn'Qiraj and how difficult it is to find in Azeroth. Well, today the
Cenarion Circle reputation page was updated
with a selection of craftable cloth and plate nature resist gear. CM Eyonix has informed us that
these
will go live in patch 1.11, along with leather patterns (I can only presume no reputation is required, since they
are not on the Cenarion Circle page) for sale in Southwind Village. Having options for nature resist that don't
require me to farm Maraudon is big plus.

Did you mean patch 1.10.1, or patch 1.11? The former means they are available today (or whenever you server comes online). The latter means no availability for 1-2 months, which would be really stupid to announce now.

I would say that these went live with 1.10. I was in Cenarion Hold last night, and I just happened to check the items sold by one of the vendors there. I picked up one of the Blacksmithing plans listed on the linked page (it also looks like I could have picked up another that I missed).

I do, in fact, mean patch 1.11, which may not be so far into the future. I wouldn't be surprised to see it on the test server soon - leaking tidbits like this is a pretty good sign that (some of) the patch's changes have been already been finalized.
To Andy, there are some new CC blacksmithing patterns that went live with patch 1.10, but the heavy nature resist cloth, plate, and leather pieces did not.
However, I cannot log on right now and, thus, can neither confirm nor deny whether they are live in 1.10.1.
