Now Testing: Patch 1.10.2
In an unusual move, Blizzard has opted to bring
the public test realm online for a round of testing for patch 1.10.2. To the best of my knowledge, it's the first
time a minor patch has been put through public testing, and I suppose we'll see how it works out. The patch seems
to be primarily bug fixes, so check out the patch notes - and, as usual, be aware
that these may not be final. If you want to copy a character over, start here, but be aware that character copy hours are Monday through
Friday, 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM PDT.Filed under: Patches, News items

I don't really see what the point of putting this patch up for public testing. After reading the notes it seems Blizzard is bored or people are tired of not being able to give their input regarding new fixes.
Who knows, who cares, just fix it already.

probably because of all the stuff going on with D&T and other guilds threatening to stop playtesting for blizzard. My guess is that theyre opening up the test server so they can get some feedback from the new c'thun fight, and further modify it based on endendgame guild progress thru the modified boss.

Moon, actually the AQ changes were hotfixed in and should already be on the live servers.
