Prepaid Time Expired?
Apparently an error
caused US accounts that should have been automatically renewed on April 20th or 21st to not be renewed - meaning some
of you have been encountering a cryptic "Prepaid Time
Expired" error when attempting to login, despite the fact that your payment information is accurate and up to
date. To fix it, for now, just go to the account management
page and re-enter your payment information by clicking "Change Payment Method." Of course, a lot of
players are likely attempting to access the same page, which means you may have trouble getting there...Filed under: Bugs, News items

It seems to have happened in Europe as well, unless it's just me.

here's some quality support. I quote from the ticket response I submitted
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting the Blizzard Billing department regarding your
account. The credit card listed on this account was unable to be
authorized for use. The account is currently frozen. An email was generated
and sent to the email registered to the account in question."
so it was my fault after all. um, yeah. and the email supposedly sent? never received. what arrogance.
