Well it might not have been a high level boss in the eyes of the elite, it's not in mine, but I remember going to WC with a semi-decent group of people and getting to the fight the giant everling (I think that is what it was called, it's the last boss you usually fight before the sleeping dude) , well our tank died and then down went our shammy, then, our rogue, by that point the everling was almost dead, but not quite.

Finally it was just me and a priest, *sigh* I knew this was a wipe, and the everling went after the priest, at this point I have close to no mana, the priest died as soon as that thing looked in his direction, and I was up next, I threw on my mana shield and ran, I had enough mana for fire blast(which is an instant cast), I hoped that it was enough to finish this guy off, sadly it wasn't. I though all was lost when I remembered that I had one minor mana potion that dropped earlier, I took it, and had enough mana for a fireball, I didn't know if there would be enough time to pull that off, so I said screw it, hit the fireball button and three seconds later that sucka was dead! I sat down and had some food and water as the guys ran back. I was pretty stoked at the time.
