One of the most recent memorable kills for me took place in a duel actually. We were having a cross-faction duel off of sorts, and 3 or 4 hordies had lost to the level 60 resto druid there. I'm a warlock and was only 59 at the time and took him down. It was pretty awesome considering the pvpers there were very good ones.
One of the other most memorable was killing the final boss in RFK with only myself, a priest, and a hunter. The rest of our party had bailed on us about half of the way through, but we went on to see how far we could go. We were all levels appropriate for that instance too. It was a sweet victory at the end of a long night.
