For $80 I get a peice of cardboard, some paper and some plastic figures that i can play with a few select friends? And for $15 a month I get a fully 3d interactive environment with gameplay that lasts for years on end where millions of people participate. This feels backwards. It must have something to do with the fact that millons play the real game, but producing this board game for the 25 total people that are going to buy it means production costs are high.
