When your going around in a Battle grounds try and look out for some semblance of organization. For instance I was in AV a couple of weeks ago and saw 4 hunters standing at the front lines hold off the horde. See as they were being targeted by the horde due to the threat they offered the hunters I bunkered down behind them and kept them buffed and healed. The really nice thing about PvP healing is that it is more about watching the battle then watching the green bars, so you can be more aware of what is going on. While your at it don't forget to drop some DoTs while scanning for someone to heal, a two pronged attack tends to leave the enemy more vunerable.
