My Secret Life as (another) Rogue
Like I'm still in my teens, but so far I'm enjoying it. I'm no stranger to up-close-and-personal melee, though staying behind the target for maximum damage is becoming an artform in itself. I often forget that I can't heal myself (though I carry bandages and potions), and Sprint with Evasion become very useful at such moments.
The abilites available to even a teenage rogue, such as Kick and Evasion, make me realise quite how incomparable a feral druid is to a well-played rogue. While in catform I generally only use about four skills, but I use almost everything when playing my rogue. On the other hand, I miss other druid abilities, such as the versatility of shapeshifting -- in a sticky group situation I've found myself reaching for the bearform key, only to be disappointed.

My friend played rogue for some time. He said it's a good class on hi-levs. Your post makes me think of losing next two weeks on WoW :)

I have an undead rogue and a gnome rogue, both in their teens. I generally don't play the gnome rogue as my conscience has problems with ganking tauren in battlegrounds :)
I generally find, at least in the teens, that things are made much easier by sticking your talent points in improving stealth and increasing stealthed speed - at least for the first ten points. It makes all the difference in both pvp and pve.

Trollbert, that's exactly where I've put my points so far :) I can take on higher mobs okay but they detect my stealth so easily that it's vital, really.

Got a rogue aswell, looks exactlly like urs on the picture but its 60 :p i really enjoy playing rogue , loads of fun to compet on the damage meter.

My main (and first toon) is a human rogue, whom I still raid with daily; I've tried other classes, I really like my priest alt actually, but nothing has beat rogues for me.
It's interesting how bad a rep they've got tho; the myth that rogues are overpowered and ninja all the loot in groups is certainly persistant. Let's see, as a raiding lv60 rogues in BWL, I: die easily, can't really use poisons, still have to contend with druids and hunters for some loot, usually take the backseat in healing priorities, I also lack group utility (mages buff and conjure water for everybody, druids buff and heal, warriors have that shout thing, etc), so he's "socially" useless (for lack of a better term).
I'm not bitter, I swear! :) It's a great class, a lot of fun, and they still dish some serious damage (who cares if we're not -always- #1 on the damage meter).
