Early Morning Server Restarts
On Thursday morning at 4:00 AM PDT, there will be rolling restarts across the US realms to apply a "small server-side fix" for an unspecified problem. (If anyone notices any specific performance differences after the realms come back up, I'd be curious to hear it, however!) If all goes as planned, each realm should only be offline for 15 minutes. While this shouldn't have much impact on players in the US, it seems to hit prime Australian playing time. Fortunately the scheduled downtime should be brief, and you can get back to your normal playing quickly. Filed under: Realm News, Realm Status

But you agree with me, that shutdowning server, when you are playing there is annoying thing. And not only Australian playing time will be hit, also South European

Maybe this will fix some of the lag spikes, lockups and super slow connection times that have appeared since the last mini-patch.

Yes, a lag fix would be great - it's been terrible this week!
Also, anyone else playing a druid notice that ever since 1.11, Claw makes the Power Word: Shield sound every single time you use it? If they'd fix that they could leave the lag as it is for all I care :)

Yes, stapleboy!
I knew there was something different when playing my feral druid alt! Being an alt, though, I just couldn't put my finger on it until now... so annoying!
