World of Warcraft TCG: UDeck Cover Art
With the World of Warcraft trading card game due for an October release, we're starting to get more and more information on it. Today, WoW TCG News posted scans of the eight different UDeck covers, each one done by a different artist. The UDeck is a plastic card case that you'll get when you purchase a starter deck and the outer artwork will be customizable with the options you see here (and, no doubt, more to come). And even if the idea of a trading card game isn't your thing, Upper deck has a great line up of artists on the project.Filed under: Odds and ends, News items

I enjoy WoW as much as the next guy (or gal.) But isn't the CCG (Or Colectable Card Game) just a little to far? I mean I hear there is a rumor for a movie (I might go see it) but if you are playing enough to make post or read in this forum I think if you have enough time to sit down and play a card game based on a video game you will probably sit down and play the video game. If you are getting fustrated with WoW the last thing you need to do is play a card game version of it. Go out and go fishing, skiing, or to the movies. This idea just makes me think that blizzard doesn't want to just have the biggest and best game ever. They want every single person living and breathing WoW. It reminds me alot of Pokeman ,Oh did I hate that stuff, I am even willing to bet that blizzard is contomplating big fluffy stuffed dire bears to make for the kids that are too you to play the video gamd and the CCG. When will it stop?
