I'm sure in your visits to the official forums that you've seen plenty of ads like this. I see these offers for "New Guild On Next PvP Server" in my realm forum, my sleep, in the eyes of newborn babies and everywhere else. At first I found them annoying, but as they multiply I have become more curious about how these kind of guilds do once those new servers open. If I were a person thinking of joining a guild like this I'd worry that it could be hard to separate the nice folks looking for a fresh start, and those that were run off from their last server for boorish behavior.

Isn't it easier to start on a new realm, make some friends as you level up and guild with them? Then again, if you want endgame ASAP, these guilds just might be the ticket. I'd love to hear from someone in one of these guilds or a guild leader starting one up. How is all that working out for you? Is this method effective?
