This Week's Comic Contest Honorable Mentions

I admit, I find this week's honorable mention comic, by Oscaron, a little puzzling. A tiny mailbox? What? However, that was before I found this - a printable template with which to create your own tiny mailbox, for those times the server is offline. Now that's funny.
Again, if you feel you have the talent to compete, Blizzard is running this comic contest all year, and there's still time to submit your own work for consideration!

I find it puzzling that Flintlock hasn't sued this guy into obscurity. So many of the comics have been terrible, but at least they had some originality.

So no one is allowed to use dwarves with a scottish accent anymore since he was the original creator of all things scottish and dwarven?
I think you missed the point and a pretty amusing comic at the same time.

Everything comes to it's place after reading your link about tiny mailbox. Thanks!

#2 It's a blatant ripoff. A dwarf with goggles, speaks with a Scottish accent, who has a hot Night Elf female friend? It's obvious who his "inspiration" is.
Not to say it wasn't mildly amusing, but if I see a beaverstick...

If you listen to the Dwarves in game, they've ALL got a scottish accent. Flintlock isn't the one that originally stated they had them. You guys are idiots if you honestly think Flint should sue them.

It was meant to be a tribute to Flint. In fact there are small 'Tributes and Apologies and Creds' section in the lowest righthand corner of all the comics I send in, but I guess it was 'trimmed' to save space.
The original part said something like:
Thanks (and apologies) to Gamespy and Flintlocke. 'Ale and Wenches' Font by Blambot. Game images by Blizzard. Bad sense of humor blamed upon my parents, but we all know it's my fault.
