Breakfast Topic: Favorite Expansion Build

You've seen the expansion talents for most classes, so now's the time to ask - what do you think? (And if you haven't seen them, you can check them out at the official site or on Wowhead.) Do you already have a talent build all planned out or are you having trouble deciding? Since the priest changes haven't yet been announced yet, I have been busy drooling over the talent trees of other healing classes and plotting out my paladin-to-be. (I think at least 42 points in holy is called for!) So, have you got the perfect talent build yet? Tell us all about it!Filed under: Breakfast Topics, Expansions

I'm a warlock...and my brain is exploding! I want it all!! ::drools all over the keyboard:: How in the world can you pick? This'll take a while, probably all the way until the expansion comes out...

I agree with Elizabeth - a holy + anything paladin will be great in instances and oh-so-useful as a PvP teammate for my cow-bear. The 41 point Holy talent is like Second Wind, except it's actually good!
For locks, one of my roommates is set on Affliction for most of his points. A DoT that hurts if you dispel it, and another that hurts everyone around if you don't? Talk about a nasty trick!

I'm still trying to decide about my shaman. The dual wield is interesting, but I am not sure if it will fit the rest of my spec and/or be worth it.

I want avenger shield and the protection tree actually looks fun. I think pallys may be able to tank a little easier now. I am probably gonna go into protection/holy

As a Demonology Warlock, my first impulse was to spend the new 10 points in Demonology to get the Fel Guard.
I'm currently 20/31/0, and so might take that up to 20/41/0. My decision in this, however, will hinge entirely one thing:
The Fel Guard. Is it an actual pet, or is it another sillified and practically useless garbage pet like the Infernal and Doomguard that you can only control for 5 minutes before it TURNS ON YOU?
Will the Fel Guard, if he turns out to be a NORMAL pet, have a Master Demonology and Demonic Sacrifice buff associated with it?
If these things prove untrue, then I shall say "Screw the Fel Guard" and put the rest of my talents in Affliction, getting a well-balanced 30/31/0 guild.

The fel guard does have master demonology buffs associated with it, which would suggest it is a summoned, sustained pet, I'm deffinately including it in my spec
