The one thing that gets me wanting to fake a disconnect is when a cloth-wearer starts pulling. It always means that they're in a hurry and that they're not going to be paying any attention to what they're supposed to be doing.
That and, of course, when you've got that one guy in a PUG that doesn't want to follow the main tank. /sigh
