Just last night I had put a group together for SC Strat. I was excited. We had: mage, hunter, paladin, priest (me), and a feral druid to tank in bear form.
Here was my first warning sign. I was spamming the LFG channel "LF1M for SC Strat, tanks only". I got a lot of tells and was having a hard time sorting it out. We got our tank, who immediately left. :(
Then I spammed again. One of the people who originally sent me a tell did so again, yelling "WFT, I said I can tank!!!". I checked the class and sure enough, Druid. I asked "Are you feral spec'd". He/she says "Yea."
Then we get into the instance and the druid declares that he/she "haven't played this toon in a while". He/she proceeds to make bad pull after bad pull, then gets us wiped then disconnects and never comes back.
I've played with feral druids that could tank ten times better than some warriors I've seen, but this wasn't one of those times.
Later on, I had a PuG for Scholomance. We had a leader who was constantly second guessing himself. "Okay, pull the group on the far right. No--wait. Stop. Okay, see that summoner?..." 9_9 /sigh
