BC Priest talent/spell preview

OK this time it is for real.Blizzard has officially posted a preview of the Burning Crusade priest talents and spells, leaving only Druids and Hunters to cry themselves to sleep at night.
The spell and talent previews are available on the Burning Crusade site and as always are only preliminary and subject to change through testing, blah, blah, blah.
Interesting to note that yet another class will now have access to a pet of some kind as the shadow spell Shades of Darkness summons 3 shades to fight alongside the priest.

All I have to say is... FREAKIN FINALLY!!
Shadow Word: Death is like Shadowburn for priests. How cool is that! This is looking good.
The 41-point Holy talent is awesome. It's like AoE Renew that is almost twice as powerful as Renew rank 7. I really think the Holy tree got the best new talents.
Now I'm psyched.

So I guess instead of fixing hunter pets Blizz just throws pets out to any class.
Hunters are now the Pew pew pew! Class instead of the Pet Class.

Ok, technically, I don't think that an entity that persists for a set period of time should be considered a 'pet'. Come on, an 8 sec pet!!! Or one that hangs around 2 minutes out of every 20. Lets find a different terminology.

Disipline looks to be the PvP healing tree with all the survival talents. Priests get shield wall on a 3 minute timer. GG.

I can't wait to use this new Holy spell:
Prayer of Mending - Rank 1
Requires Level 68
976 Mana30 yd range
Instant cast
Places a spell on the target that heals them for 702 to 858 the next time they take damage. When the heal occurs, Prayer of Mending jumps to a nearby raid target. Jumps up to 5 times and lasts 1 min after each jump. This spell can only be placed on one target at a time.
SuperPriest to the rescue!
