Breakfast Topic: Who Are You?

I often wonder about all the people who visit this site. I see the same people commenting all the time, and I want to get to know the readers a little better. So, to satisfy my curiosity, I declare today Getting To Know You Day.I'll start. My name is Dave, and I am 29 years old . I have a wife and a dog, and I live in Michigan, near Detroit. I am going back to school to get my graduate degree in accounting, which is surely a great time. I grew up in Massachusetts, so I am a big Red Sox and Patriots fan.
I have characters on a bunch of different servers, but mostly Bloodhoof, Argent Dawn and most recently Steamwheedle Cartel. I have leveled 2 warlocks and 1 priest to 60, and most of my experience is on the Horde side. I am currently working on a paladin over on Steamwheedle, and I am sitting at level 36 at the moment. I would probably be considered hardcore, but the truly hardcore would consider me a noob. I have raiding experience through C'Thun, but I have only had limited Naxx experience.

Hey Dave, My name is Jason from Kansas City KS. I reside on the Azgalor server with 4 sixties a priest being my main. I started coming to this site some 6-10 months ago because it continually had updated stories and info. Keep up the good work!

my name is steve, i'm 20 and come from Cambridge in the UK. for a living i work in customer services for a company called www.play.com and i also race motorcycles at clubman level. i have 1 lvl60 tauren druid and a few lower level characters but i'm more of a casual gamer. i come to this site because, well, i accidently clicked on it from joystiq one day and have never looked back. keep up the great work

Hi Dave, Jason, my name is Tom. I live in Brooklyn and work in Manhattan. I'm 45 and I have a very patient and loving wife who sits on the sofa next to me watching movies when I play WoW. I have about 4 co-workers who also play; three half my age and one closer to my age – and we all have wives. I have characters on a few servers including a 60 Pally, 42 Rogue and a few lower lvl alts. I started coming to this blog about 7 months ago. It's a daily read for me. Hey Dave, my name is Ricky. I live in the Connecticut area and work in an iternership. I'm 20 and I am enganged currently. I have only one 60, a rogue on the Illidan server, as well as a few alts, all about level 25. I consider myself a very casual gamer. I came to this site about 2 months ago while surfing through the google personalized home pages, so far its been the only "blog" or rss news I read on a daily basis.

Hey all. I'm Jacob. 31 year-old married professional in the DC area with a dog and 3 week-old baby girl. My wife accepts, but does not encourage, my WOW playing.
I don't know anyone in "real life" that plays. Oh well.
I've got a 60 dorf huntar on Khaz Modan (which is great because the dwarf /charge emote is "For Khaz Modan!!") and a few alts scattered around. In my limited time I'm working on leveling my gnome mage.

Steve from VA. I have 2 60's, a priest and hunter on Skullcrusher and I'm currently leveling a druid on the same server (Horde only). I have many RL friends on Skullcrusher (all from VA, work, etc), Illidan, Thrall and a couple other servers. I'm a casual hardcore raider.. 4 nights a week no matter what, rest of the time is spent with my wife Laura (who also has a 54 druid) and my daughter Emily (2yo, no character... yet).

I'm Angelo, 36, live in Milan, Italy, where I work.
I have a lvl 60 druid on Turalyon (EU server), and a lvl 36 shaman, but I'm too lazy to level up an alt: I don't like to start from scratch after I've been at the top! :)
I read this site as often as I can since it gives very nice info, it's quick and funny. And not many whining kids as you can find in the official forum (and, alas, in the game...)

Greg from N. VA. I have only been playing WOW for about two months (sometimes i think i am the only new guy)and have a 41 mage on Daggerspine. I live with my very accepting girlfriend and two dogs. I am a co-founder of a small eLearning company. I play mostly with a good friend, also from the DC area who is a 36 year old patent lawyer.
No not morning coffee and a newspaper for me...morning coffee and wowinsder.

I'm an American now permanently resident in the UK. I work as a web developer, presently as project manager on a new social-networking startup. I'm also an artist and photographer, I have a horse and compete in dressage, and I play waaaaaay too much WoW. Along with a level 60 warlock on Aggramar, I have severe alt-itis, and have alts ranging from level 52 on down on multiple servers. I read this site every morning without fail - keep up the great work!

My name is John.I live in Texas near the Houston area. I am currently in college at SHSU, where hopefully I will be for a long, long time. I have 2 60's, a hunter and a rogue on Ursin (Moved from Illidan). My current project however is a priest I am trying to get to 60. While I have only recently started to comment on the site, I have been visiting it for some time now. Yall do a nice job here.

My Name is Aaron. I'm 31, and have a wife and son back in Oregon, along with the required dog. She and I have a large number of characters from 1 to 60. I come to this site because I'm interested in what's going on in WoW while I'm over here in Afghanistan. (I'm a Guardsmen and can't play while over here)
At last count I have almost 40 characters as I've never been able to settle down on playing just one character.

My name is Chris. I'm a 23 year old soldier. I'm stationed away from home right now, which is normally Michigan as well, near Grand Rapids. I am married and have 1 child. Most of my experience is horde side, where I have a 60 rogue and an almost 50 hunter on terenas. I also have started a mage on Bloodhoof, alliance side to the request of some guys I work with.

I'm Paul and I'm a 32 year old author and corporate account exec living in western Canada. I started back in beta, and then made a home on Kel'Thuzad as an orc hunter. I've since switched sides, and migrated to Khaz Modan where I have Vlambaard, my 60 paladin and main, as well as a 60 priest, and a whole whack of alts. I've also recently started on Steamwheedle Cartel where my warrior is level 30. I'm getting a kick out of playing a lowbie with some real friends over there.

My name is Larry. I am from Midland, MI and currently reside in Las Vegas. I am not married and I am currently a Field Support Technician for a computer rental company.
My main is a level 48 Night Elf Rogue on Medivh and while the closeness to level 60 seems cool, I dropped the idea, when my girlfriend expressed interest in playing. Now, with a level 30 Night Elf Warrior named Mefibosheth, I am assisting her 30 Night Elf Priestess, Kiaryn to 60. I am a casual player and therefore, a total noob to end game content. I am not much for PVP, and will probably get flamed for my lowbie/newbie status, but like I said guys... my woman plays :o)
