Unlike the majority of their efforts, which are played mostly for laughs, this post, while funny, has a lot of sound advice on guild management.

Alihja, the author of the post, makes some points in the article that speak directly to what I have observed in a lot of the recruiting efforts and (usually, lack of) leadership skills present in many of the guilds in WoW.
