Around Azeroth: Purple haze

Winterspring is such a unique-looking zone, what with its constant purple haze. It's not the only snow-covered area in Azeroth, but it's the only one that's bathed in this purple glow. Reader Shaine sent in this shot of the road across the ice bridge in Winterspring -- but do beware of the ice giants lurking below...!

How could you forget my beloved Dun Morogh with it's wonderfull snow fall, land where the main city of the alliance, ironforge, is located (since nobody really cares about stormwind imho ^^).

He said it's not the only snow covered area, but the only one with the purple glow. Also I'm pretty sure that Stormwind is the main city for Alliance, I mean who hangs out in IF anymore?? What a boring place to be...
