Around Azeroth: Swimming around...

Reader Xedio sends in this shot of his warlock alt in a little alliance encampment that he found while swimming from Arathi Highlands out to the Hinterlands. He wonders if it's a known alliance quest area, but not to my knowledge. Another unfinished area, perhaps? If you want to see more of the place, there are a couple more screenshots after the jump.
Do you have a unique shot of Azeroth that you'd like to show off to the rest of the world? Tell us about it by e-mailing aroundazeroth@gmail.com! You can attach a picture file or send us a link to one -- and don't worry about formatting, we'll take care of that part. If yours isn't posted immediately, don't fret! Shots are posted (more or less) in the order received, and yours will come up eventually.

The site's location is in the lower right of this cropped map shot. I doubt you can climb there, but with patience you can swim there!

Inside the little house, there is a sleepy "Civilian Dwarven Farmer" and some interesting artwork...

Speaking of swimming, if you're ever board and want to have some fun - go shark hunting. All along the Great Sea border with the coastal waters you'll find sharks of all species...they're mostly elites, and all really cool looking.

More important is what is on his wall.

I saw this a few weeks ago, too. I figured it was something to do with Alliance folks though, but it's interesting to see that it may not be (YET).
I've heard rumors of folks going under Undercity, into some swanky church-like area in Deadwind Pass, over the Greymane (my server) wall, and into the empty area just West of Deathknell.

I am going to have to check that out when I get on later.

That wacky druid aquatic form is great for playing tourist around some of these type spots! You would be surprised just what goes on under the waters of Booty Bay!
I just wish I would not change back when I jump out of the water.

That little village doesn't have anything to do with Alliance quests. There is also a tauren village on the southern caost of silithus, which doesn't have any npc's, and a few others of different races in equally random places along the coasts. I have no idea why any of them are there but the dwarf one is the only one with npcs and they don't do anything.
