GuildWatch: Desperately Seeking Healers

Even though you were probably a little worried GuildWatch wouldn't show up this week (because it's pretty late), worry not, because here it is, with all the standard guild drama, downings, and recruitment to boot. You'll have to excuse us if we keep it short this week, however-- the GW staff ate a little too much Halloween candy, and they're starting to feel the snarl of the Snickers. The kick of the Kit Kat, if you know what I mean.
As always, make sure to send your guild's news (or drama) to wowguildwatch@gmail.com, and we will love you for it. Click the link below to see the latest.
DRAMA
- This is awesome. A rogue on Balnazzar-EU ninja'd Domo's chest from an Evil Empire run. After five minutes of silence, the guild /gkicked him. And then he made this forum post, which starts out as a weak explanation with a few hollow apologies, but turns really good after the ninja threatens to "hunt you down in real life." It's like watching a guild disintegrate-- before your very eyes!
- Smush of Bloodcreed (on Nordrassil-EU) says they joined up with Bloodoath for an MC run and took out Lucifron. I'm including this in Drama, because he also says this. "We are dead chuffed, and bad stinky frogs sent to all those who whispered us and told us we wouldn't even get past the trash mobs!" I'm American, so I have no clue what any of that means. But it sounds dramatic!
- Vae Victum on Detheroc-H held a pretty rad celebration to celebrate their guild anniversary. Only, even though they're a Horde guild, they held it in the throne room of Ironforge.
- A tipster tells us that Blood Sworn of Hakkar has got issues-- their leadership is /gkicking players they don't like at the drop of a hate, and they're trying to make raiding required. As in miss a raid one night, log in guildless the next day. But then, what do you expect from a guild that actually, unironically says "50 DKP minus" on the front page of their website.
- Just a note: Blizzard is apparently cracking down on cross-forum recruting. Any recruiting posts "outside of your guild's realm forum or the Guild Recruitment forum" are now grounds for bannage from the forums.
- Wow, Champions of the Dawn on Eonar-A made their first attempt into BWL, and downed Razorgore, Vael, and even one-shotted Broodlord. Nizzice!
- The Select Few on Draka-H downed Rag
- Pugger Stompers (runner up for this week's Best Guild Name award) on Sargeras-A finished Neffy. He hates when I call him that.
- Untold Power on Scilla-H has MC down to 2 hours 50 mins. Anyone have a record for an MC clear?
- Darknova on Alexhstraza-H killed Vael. The poor guy never even saw it coming. Why, God? Why must you take our friend Vael from us!?! HE HELPED SO MUCH IN UBRS!
- Decepticons (tied for winner of this week's Best Guild Name award) of Stormreaver downed Raggy. BWL is next...
- Justice Irregulars is a new Horde RP-PVP guild that sounds like they'd be good for lowbies looking for fun. Unfortunately, they didn't actually tell us what server they're on. Whoops, GW staffers had a little too many Dum-dums last night, leaving them... really dumb. JI is on Lightninghoof. Go join them.
- Claiming Dependants is a new casual guild starting up on Staghelm. They aim to be parent friendly and life-compatible. Sounds cool, pst Latitude for more info.
- Army of Dawn on Gorgonnash-A wants Warriors, Druids, Hunters, and Mages to charge into AQ/Naxx and do as much as they can before BC
- Violent Theory (so many great names this week-- tied for winner of the Best Guild Name award) on Muradin-H is on Garr / Hakkar / Rajaxx and desperately needs healers. Desperately.
- Less Than Three on Duskwood-H wants three priests, a drood, and a hunter.
- Wretched on Cenarius-H is almost there in Naxx and AQ, and need a few priests, shammys, and droods to round things out.

Hmmm... i think the biggest problem is, that your job is to heal and nothing more.
If you say something about tactics... shut up...
If you give some ideas... shut up...
If you have need for some loot... shut up...
If you are searching a group for finishing a quest for your class... shut up... (there's no epic for the other... so it is useless...)
And after geeting trough all this encounter, the only thing you got is:
...shut up and go on healing my ass...
So i switched from my druid to a rogue and the last thing i said was:
"Heal yourself"

I usually dont drink hatorade in places like this, but I'm pretty sure Untold Power is full of something that does not have a pleasant odor. From the looks of their website, they have only been in MC about 2 months now, they are so silly they disenchant Onslaught Girdles, Stormrage Helms and Wrath Helms from Ony, and even on their general forums are asking for people to work on their Fire Gear so they can stop using the UBRS buff, which takes close to 20 min to get on everyone if all you guilds still remember having to do it on your first few Rag Kills. Please double check facts or ask for proof when guilds try to stroke their Epeen on your Guildwatch list. I'm calling mulligan on this tidbit of Info.

Hi Thatoneguyhere,
I will answer a few of your questions about our guild's progression in MC.
For the items you mentioned we have had items drop that ether no one wants or they already have it. This happens to many guilds out there. We are not an exception.
UBRS FR Buff - We no longer need this buff as our group has farmed the FR Gear needed for Rag and several of our Tailors/Leatherworkers/Blacksmiths can make gear from Thorium Brotherhood. Sure a few players could use some more FR Gear but that doesn't take away from the fact that we can do Rag without it. That post you mentioned was from one month ago when we had FR Gear issues.
As for our clear time. We did do a 2 Hr 50 Min clear. It would have been less but we ended up taking a break when we got to his room. Our secret to clearing this fast? We figured out two major stumbling blocks to doing fast clears. Amount of time it takes to give out loot and chain pulling. By doing chain pulling and getting loot settled quicker, we have knocked off a good amount of time. We didn't just go into MC clearing it this quickly the first time. Also I would like to point out that we have been farming ZG/AQ20 getting good gear to help out in MC and BWL(which we have just started and have taken down the first 3 bosses in there.)
I would hope that would answer any questions you might have.

Hello everyone,
Allow me to quote from the 1st line of the e-mail I sent to Guild Watch: "I just wanted to drop you guys a line and let you know about a new Guild that just formed on Lightninghoof." ;-)
So, if anyone is interested in joining up with a casual Guild that's into RP-PVP, look me up on Lightninghoof. We definately welcome Lowbies, but any level will do. Just don't expect any endgame runs, since we're not there yet.

Grontar, you are, of course, 100% right. The appropriate GW staffers have been fired for the oversight and the error has been fixed. Apologies!
Everyone join Justice Irregulars! They really do sound cool. :)

Thanks for the quick correction, Mike. I would have posted earlier, but the firewall at work conspired against me. ;-)
