Breakfast Topic: Improve Your Class
I saw this post at Paladin Sucks pointing to a thread in the WoW.com forums where apparently someone makes five incredibly bad (at least in the opinion of our pally elitist friends at Paladin Sucks) suggestions to make the paladin class perfect. The poor fellow gets flamed, but I did like the idea, and I certainly think I could one up that misguided pally in the bad suggestion department. If you could make some stupid, ridiculous changes to your favorite class, what would they be? And don't worry about balance or how it would fit into the game, as that would make your suggestions one heck of a lot less entertaining. I think for my warlock, I'd like...
1. Instant Fear
2. The ability to summon a druid, and even though they could DPS or tank, I'd command the druid heal me 100% of the time. I would like the option to name this druid "Healbot". Your healbot levels up whenever it runs away to find the Azeroth equivalent of the WoW.com forums to make a "Fix my class" post.
3. Instant Fear
4. I'd like to be able to summon anything, from anywhere. I want to summon Ragnaros to Onyxia's Lair and just check out the carnage.
5. Instant Fear.
I am 100% confident that my suggestions would destroy all of the balance in the game, which was kind of my plan. What about you guys? If you could empower your mage or warrior with super abilities, what would they be?
Oh, and I am just kidding about the druids. You know I love me some heal cows and sexy elf women.

You do know that affliction warlocks are getting instant fear in BC, no? ...the howl version, instant aoe fear!

Mages need:
1.To be able to reduce the cooldown on blastwave to 1 second.
2. Immunity to magical damage for 30 seconds with a 1 minute cooldown.
3.Have different blinks with different distance ranges, something like 5-15-30 yards.
Rogues need:
1. To be able to have attacks that don't break stealth...

For druids the way to make us perfect is:
a)Pwnjuice-Infuses druid with juice of pwnage that heals themselves and party for 10k-usable in Caster, cat, bear, dire bear, and moonkin forms only.-166 mana, 1 rage, 10 energy.
b)Betrayer-Take form of a demon (like Illidan) and fly at 400% speed. Increases AP by 10k and intellect by 10k. Also usable anywhere(WSG flag running!)
d)Nofreehkforj00!-any melee class that trys to get a free hk from a druid will now be smote by the might of Malfurion Stormrage while he yells"No Free HK for J00!"
Casters will have their one shot spells reflected back by Illidan while he yells "lol you ate your own !"
P.S. I know druids arent always a free hk just making a bit of fun here.

#1 the howl you talk about has a cooldown, not a huge one, but around the 40 second mark.
from a lvl'ing lock's eyes:
1. instant (unresistable) fear
2. a void-hound (a rogue spotting, mage hating tanking ugly creature)
3. instant cast deathcoil with a 100% chance to cause the target to wet his pants.
4. life tap that /slaps' the nearest healer and makes him heal me.
5. the ability to use all soulstones (lesser, greater etc) on different targets at one time.
6. dependable shadow trance.
7. a mana drain that actually serves a purpose.
8. the ability to script all 3-4 dot placements easily :(
9. ritual of summoning being cast without the need of 2 helpers
thats all for now.

Hunters should get:
machine gun: turns ranged weapon into a rapid fire fully automatic weapon. completely interupts all casters being targeted
grenade launcher: adds grenade launcher onto ranged weapon
multiple pets: be able have more than one pet out at a time
free mount: be able to tame any beast as a mount
Unlimitied Ammo
Duel weild ranged weapons
Being hit while in apsect of cheetah or pack does not stun

Priests abilities:
1. Passive ability that rewards exp for each heal cast. 100 exp for each 1k healed.
2. Self sacrifice. Priest gives his/her life in exchange for a full heal and Power Word shield for entire raid. This spell would take place of the current angel form.
3. Curse undead. This spell would be castable on undead mobs and would add a debuff that would allow heals to cause dmg. 1 min cooldown.
4. Desperate resurrection. Will resurrect the current target with full health and mana regardless of combat state. The target will be resurrected in a beserker rage. Duration will be 30 sec. during this time the target will be invincible to damage but will loose 10% health every 3 sec until death. Beserker rage will give 200% increased damage and 150% increased attack or spell casting.
5. Saving grace. Similar to a SS this spell will be applied to a single target with a 15 cooldown. When the recipient of this spell reaches 0 hp the saving grace will proc and heal them to full health. The priest will take shadow damage equivalent to 1/4 of the hp healed.

Pallys need to be able to use undead spells against undead player char's! SoC that procs on every swing, and anything that can pull a mob off of a priest using mind flay.

Oh yea, also an undead costume wand that you can use on all horde characters and then, be able to use undead spells on them. The wand has infinate charges.

warriors "need" 2sec cooldown on Whirlwind and 1min cooldown on Recklessness. And the abillity to have both Recklessness and Retaliation active at the same time. Just to see the carnage in AV =) and oh.. a gain of 1 rage for each stepp you take. While were at it, i would like the Intimidating Shout, not to be breakable when dmg'd...

Lets take this to the highest level of broken: :)
1) Ultimate Smack - the paladin deals critical holy and critical damage in a single stike.
2) Healbot's Revenge - anyone that /slaps for healing get drained of 200 health, which is 100% converted and added to the paladin's mana. :D
3) Enlighten - once per battle, the paladin reaches enlightenment: instantly teleport to the death world, then return to the mortal realm with full mana 10 seconds later
4) Wrath of God - Any Magic:The Gathering players will know what thats all about. Heehee. Brief explanation for everyone else: BOOM!

o yea, here we go, for pallies....
1) instant holy light
2) AoE rez usable during combat(also instant)
3) no cooldown on holy wrath, instant cast and half the mana cost.
4) seal of command procs every hit and does 200% weapon damage
5) NON-DISPLELLABLE divine shield that lasts 5 min anddoesnt affect ur attack speed

1. CS changed back to 6 second timer
2. Vengeance changed back to 15%
3. Divine Illumination changed back to 2 min cooldown
4. "Avenger's Shield" changed to "Cap'n America's Shield," deadzone removed.
5. New ability: Seal of STFU / Judgement of STFU: Seal prevents user from posting Paladin Arena Pwnage videos on youtube for 1 month, Judgement prevents recipient from posting paladin nerf threads because he got one-shotted by some lucky crits.
Yea, I think that would pretty much break the class, not so hard, eh? :)

For warlocks i ussualy dream for a "Codex: Prayer of Summoning" that summons every memeber of the RAID to the warlock position or at least full groups inside a RAID (a la 'prayer of fortitude' etc).
And what about a shard-saving spell: Your next 3 spells that cost u a soul shard will be shard free. 30mins CD
Any casting interruption spell would also be nice.

1. Immune to fear!
2. Blade Furry as a pasive ability
3. Damage does not break Blind
4. Poison that stuns on hit
5. any AOE! Like a poison bomb or hail of knifes

As a hunter I can say confidently that we only need two abilities:
The ability to train feral druids and all taurens to be our pets.
And the ability to train our own mounts, squirel mounts FTW!
