One of C'thuns disgruntled, overlooked trash mobs said...
"clever use of game mechanics" = lame attempt to justify cheating
Im sick of hearing these responses, they cheated end of story. It doesnt matter how much trash is before C'thun, its the game. Why is it right and fair that one guild should bypass that trash while every other moral guild fights them?
There entire excuse rests on it being boring and pointless and a flaw in the raid design to run through the pre-C'thun trash. Tough! Everyone else has to do it without cheating. Oh.. thats right, you need to be an uber guild for it to be ok to do this stuff right? Need to be "the only US guild to clear Naxx" cos that earns you what? A medal? A merit badge? The right to cheat when others have to do a 3-4+ hour grind for a boss? Its an arrogant attitude and I for one am glad they all got permabanned. Even more so when I saw people saying it was "over the top" and "without warning" - lol, we need people to point out that wall hacking will get you banned now? This top guild thats the only one to clear Naxx needs reminding how its against ToS to do such antics?
I agree, the raid is badly designed, the trash is a pain.. but its there and everyone who wants a C'thun kill has to run it. No-body is special, no-one gets a free go at it.. you earn your kill, you put the time in for the epics imo. Get sick of it, dont wanna run it? Fine, but dont take your free epics from it just because you can.
No respect for this "Uber" guild at all. Naxx or no Naxx a cheaters a cheater I dont care if you cleared a hard instance or not it means nothing if your guildies cant muster the enthusiasm to clear 3-4 hours of easy kills. If anything it shows a MASSIVE lack of commitment from the guild members.
"Since the majority of our guild's equipment is beyond that offered in the temple of AQ, there is little incentive for our raiders to go there at all"
Except to help out your guildies who DO need that stuff right? To help get everyone get geared up? If you were that bored you should have waited for the expac and got your better gear that way. Doesnt sound like the type of guild Id want to be in if guildies cant muster enthusiasm to help lesser geared members without wall hacking.
