WoW Moviewatch: The flying mechanostrider
This isn't the first video I've seen of this particular leap, but I still find it to be an impressive one. And I think the sight is only improved by the addition of the mechanostrider, which adds an entertaining smoke trail. Of course my interest in this video could, at least in part, be attributed to my immense fondness for jumping off all manner of tall objects across Azeroth, and this particular leap is the longest I'm aware of in the game -- or at least the longest one that doesn't kill you in the end.

Wonder how he got up there. Not much of a land-scaling adventurer myself- anyone out there know, or have a link to a tutorial? :)

ya Hyjal is the longest jump. I jumped from Hjyal all the way to Auberdine in Darkshore.

How do you keep slowfall/noggenfogger/levitate for the whole distance without falling?

Ditto what roseroyce said.. Is it like a 2 minute consumable or something?

He landed in Menethil Harbor I believe.
I'm pretty sure that's Menethil's docks on the right hand side you see before he goes into the water.

Yes that is Menethil Harbor. It looks like he jumped off from an area somewhere near the airstrip next to Ironforge.
