Seriously though.. not so much. Though most of my online RPG experience goes back to MUDs, I can honestly say I've never truly been creeped out by anything within the realm of WoW/MMORPGs. Perhaps I've been desensitized, but go back over a decade to Doom 2 (*ahem* ][).. Look at half of the stuff in that game.. look at the Mancubus! Though lacking the graphical prowess of WoW.. or, for that matter, a lot of things post-1994, it's kinda difficult to be too appalled by things that are just.. pixels on a screen.
If we're going for pure fear, I could only say I've ever been truly been "scared" by things once I've decided to give a damn about the game - once I actually want to succeed. On that note, WoW-wise, it's all about the Devilsaur when you're right around levels 50-51. Now I hunt them (and those Stone Guardians) mercilessly, but at that level, a little ol' Mage such as myself.. galloping merrily to Marshal's Refuge.. when suddenly *boom... booom... boom..* And then the roar.. Jitters now, just thinking about it.
