New realms and some free oceanic transfers
Blizzard, to the joy of many forum folks and our oceanic friends, are opening up some new realms, and providing free transfers for those on some overcrowded oceanic servers...- Thaurissan is a new oceanic realm that will come online November 16th at 3 AM PST. This PVP realm will be closed to new character creation initially, and will be available as a destination realm for players on the overcrowded Frostmourne and Jubei'thos servers. The transfers from those two servers to Thaurissan will be free of charge for two weeks. This realm will have the AQ gates already open, and regular paid transfers will be permitted after the free transfers end.
- More good news for the oceanic crowd, as Blizzard will be providing free transfers from Khaz'Goroth to Dath'Remar. The transfers will be open on November 16th at 3 AM PST and last for one week.
- Not wanting to leave out the North American players, Blizzard is opening up two new PVE realms. Fenris, an EST realm, and Korialstrasz, a PST server, will both come online on November 16th at approximately 12 PM PST.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to start over again at this point since most will be starting over once the new races are live.
I see Blizz's point. The overcrowding is getting extreme and they've got to do something for new players but for someone who's been playing a while already and is looking for a fresh start, I don't see the point.
