I am absolutely disgusted at this latest nerf of the hunters.

The whole point of cats being faster is that they give out higher dps but have corresponding negative attributes like lower hits and armour.

Bears are good all-rounders with average dps/hits/armour

And things like turtles, scorpids are tanks with high armour, average hits.

Without replacing the nerfing of the cats speed with greater damage I'm afraid it will be an out-and-out nerf leaving the cat as an absolutely useless pet
