I rolled a mage on the new Fenris server Thursday night for the heck of it. Partly because I have never really tried a mage, and partly because I am getting bored on my current server.

Normally, when I roll an alt on a new server during prime time, the newbie areas are flooded with players, especially the first couple of days the server is open. Not last night. Maybe it was Grey's Anatomy, or maybe it's because people are holding out for a PVP server...or any of a hundred reasons really. The whole server just seemed quiet. But I will admit, the conversation in the Orc starting area was borderline intelligent, so maybe this server is off to a good start in that respect. Obviously this opinion is based on the Horde side, so maybe the Alliance was absolutely kicking.

So...anyone out there roll Horde on this realm? If so, keep an eye out for Greg the mage. I wanted to pick the lamest name possible, and I think I may have succeeded! I should be online a bit Friday, take the weekend off for Michigan-Ohio St. and the Wii launch, and then make a good push at leveling starting Monday.
