WoW Blog Roundup
The World of Warcraft community has some interesting tidbits this week...- Tobold writes what I would consider one of the more interesting takes on the expansion beta, and why it simply isn't all that. Fantastic read, and in his opinion, the beta is actually a bit of a failure.
- Blizz Planet has an excellent feature on the recently opened (in the beta anyway) Blade's Edge Mountain zone. Their preview comes complete with screenshots and video.
- Relmstein finds the character creation aspect of WoW to be severely lacking, especially compared to a few other MMORPGs.
- From Not Addicted: This guy will totally pwn you in the forums.

Concerning Tobold's post,
It is unfortunate that hardcore players will take a hit in the expansion, however, the old WoW PvP and PvE systems were seriosuly flawed whereby casual or "normal" players who couldn't devote countless hours to raiding always ended up being seriously gimped. This does not have to be the case and Its my impression that Blizzard is working hard towards giving its very large "casual" player base a fair chance in TBC.
Again, its unfortunate that both PvP and PvE ubers have to take a hit, but this change is needed for the majority of players.
