Around Azeroth: Under the sea

If you've ever taken the tram that runs from Ironforge to Stormwind City, you may recognize this landscape sent in by reader Gareth. The area wasn't really designed for player habitation, as Gareth reports that the water only exists close up to the glass on either side of the tram. The various creatures inhabiting the area are unattackable, save for some level 40ish sharks. And sadly, Nessy is no raid boss -- maybe one day!
Do you have a unique shot of Azeroth that you'd like to show off to the rest of the world? Tell us about it by e-mailing aroundazeroth@gmail.com! You can attach a picture file or send us a link to one -- and don't worry about formatting, we'll take care of that part.

It was my understading that in the Tram, being an instanced area, that Nessie area was not accessable. At all. Anyone care to give hints for those of The Explorers League??
