Around Azeroth: Mysterious circle of stones

I love it when people send in shots of the Azerothian landscape that I've never seen before. And while reader Robert suggests that he might have just recently happened to find this spot in the Hinterlands because he's an Alliance nub, I've played Horde characters to 60 without seeing it myself. Is there anyone out there who can tell us what exactly this place is, if anything?

I can't say I recall that specific circle of stones, but judging by the architecture in the background, I'm going to guess this is near the area where the green dragon spawns. Seradane? I forget which name goes with which zone.

Just to the west of the portal in the Hinterlands.

this relates to the emerald dream, and yes it is up behind the dreaming portal where the dragon appears. There is no current use that i know of, only that it would open up a questline along with the opening of the emerald dream.
