Breakfast Topic: I quit!
I've noticed an astonishing number of players on the forums claiming, at least, to be ending their relationship with the World of Warcraft that we all know and love. Complaints are all over the map -- warlocks are overpowered, warriors are underpowered, fear needs to be nerfed, too much lag, too much downtime, too few world events... Indeed, everyone has their beef with the game, but with the recent patch throwing a lot of things up in th are, a number of players seem to think it's just not worth coming back. But what about you? You're reading a game-related blog, which hints that you're still in the game. Do you see the game's last straw somewhere in the immediate future, or are all of these quitting announcements dramatic nonsense?Filed under: Breakfast Topics, Features

I just started playing WoW in September. I only play during weekends anyway, but I can't imagine quitting. I admit being a noob, I can't see what the disappointment is all about. I'm having a h*llava good time!
All I can tell you that as far as a game goes, this is the most amazing, beautiful and creative game I've ever played.
Maybe I'll get bored with it someday, if fact I am sure I will. But, I never bought WoW with the idea I would play it for the rest of my life, either.
There are other things in life besides online games.

I agree whole heartedly with #38.
There will be screams of nerf paladins and shamans once everyone has to fight them.
Also completed right with having to find new tactics against the improved classes. As a priest i've worked out how to do warlocks now and hunters are no problem. Sit back, relax and think it through, duel your guildies and practice.
No class is so powerful that it can't be beaten and if you quit because you think they are then your giving up because you can't adapt.
People should quit or not, whining about it is pointless. Do they think Blizz read the forums and say, "oh crap, another warrior is quitting", to they hell. Either cancel your subscription and move or don't.

I'm a hunt and everybody can, and do kill me, and I can kill and do kill everybody. Why ? Because I'm not a pgm, some people are just better than me and I'm better than some other ones. Let's call that skill.
People joining the game are more numerous than the quitting ones.
I also have a warrior (the most nerfed class ever) and won't quit, I enjoy the game, even with him :)
