I used to be a hardcore WoW gamer, but with me moving into the work force, I have nowhere near as much time as I did before to put into WoW. In many respects I love how they are making WoW more casual for those with less time, but still allowing for the hardcore raiders to do what they love. I can however see why a lot of people are angry that TBC is really a reset. Tier 4 is the new Tier 0.
I still plan to play b/c of my friends, but at the end of the day the things that really disappoint me about WoW is the lack of real PvP in relation to Guilds.
I would love to see Guild vs Guild battles, a GvG ranking system, guild levels, guild halls, and a once every 2 week event where guilds could sign up to siege the opposing faction's base/castle/guild hall, similar to Lineage 2's Castle Sieges. And I don't want them to be fair!! I'm so sick of people crying b/c they think something is unfair. If a 40 well geared people roll your 40 not so well geared guild, bring 50-60 people next time. Add some real politics to this game!!!
