AddOn Spotlight: ClearFont

Being a big fan of typography, ClearFont is one of the first addons I reach for on a fresh install of WoW. All it does is replace the in-game fonts with your choice of several beautiful, readable ones. Some people don't have a problem with Blizzard's choice of fonts, or simply don't care about fonts at all, but for those of us who do, ClearFont is a godsend. Thank you, Kirkburn!It has an official site, which is very nice when Curse and ui.worldofwar.net are down. Its installation is a smidge more complicated than most addons, but not by any means hard. If you're using Windows, just unzip into your WoW folder; it'll place files in your AddOns folder and your Fonts folder (not present in default installs). If you're on a Mac, unzip, go into the expanded files and:
- Put the Interface/AddOns/ClearFont folder in your AddOns folder, like you would any other mod.
- Put the Fonts folder in your World of Warcraft folder.

Yeah, ClearFont is one of my favs too. I had to reinstall WoW once and it was the first addon I reinstalled, because I just couldn't stand to play without it. Sadly, it's an addon I have become addicted too (which is bad, I became reliant upon DAB).

I've been using this for a month or two, and I agree that it's definitely improved my WoW life.
While on the subject of addons, can anyone recommend one that makes the AV/AB/WSG results pane sortable? I'm always curious to see how I stack up in HKs, healing done, etc, and I'd like to be able to compare Alliance with Horde, too. Oh, it would be fun to track my overall win/loss ratio, too.
Any tips?

I enjoy using ClearFont also and can never stay too long with it uninstalled or not enabled. I used to play World of Warcraft without this mod for a very long time and never found the font much of an issue to read. By comparison now, I have no idea how anyone can play the game without this mod installed. I've used other mods before such as Fontabulous! and other varieties, but I never appreciated them in the same way I do with ClearFont.
I'm about to try out ClearFont2!
