The regrets of Warcraft

With the expansion nearly upon us, those of us who are not busy killing everything in sight in PVP may look back on the days we've spent in the World of Warcraft. Have we used our time wisely? Do we have fond memories of times spent with friends, or only lonely nights fishing in Tanaris? What have we done, and just as importantly, what do we regret not doing?
A thread on the Raids and Dungeons Forum talks about all the quests left unfinished, the mobs left unkilled, and the items left unused. Turns out a lot of Horde saved their Really Sticky Glue and Slumber Sand for fifty levels, only to find out that the mobs in 40-man raids are immune. How unfortunate! Others express their wish to fill out the world map, finish every furbolg-killing quest, run Ragefire Chasm as Alliance, or transmute an Essence of Air to an Essence of Fire.
Do you have any last things you want to finish in Azeroth before journeying to Outlands?

I kinda wish I spent more time levelling instead of being sat in AH with my paid for farmed gold trying to get twink gear. I'm sure it's much more fun to play the game!
(a quick joke - Why did the girl scream in orgasmic pleasure? Because she had WoW Insid 'er - geddit? :P)

I want to fill up the world map first of all... almost done. :)
Second, to get my mining *again* to 300... my fishing to 300...
Third...walking and enjoying the sorroundings and killing mobs in low level instances for the fun, bringing back memories as being lowbie...this game never ends, even now. :)

I never really raided towns before BG came out. Being on a PvP server that may seem weird, but I think I should just goto barrens and just destroy everything.

Get a 60 and not spend so much time trying to get my little pally to jump up that damn fountain in SW and taking naked swims in the nice warm pools of IF!

I want to actually make money WHILE I level...I spent 60 levels going broke every 2.
Of course enchanting, tailoring and first aid as a clothie isn't exactly a recipe that will get you money - but still!

My only regret is not discovering Wow earlier! (sep 2006)

I played WoW on a regular basis from near-launch until I hit level 60, a warlock. Once I got my epic mount and raided MC once, I just stopped for no real reason. I didn't even give myself a chance to get bored with endgame content.

I wish I'd rolled Blacksmithing from the beginning on my warrior. Bah.

I have about five Dire Maul quests to drop. No one ever wants to go in there.
And I’m damned piqued that I never got to destroy Crossroads.
And when did Tauren Mill have level 65 guards?
I’ve never seen that nekkid lady night elf dancing on top of the mailbox.
And I spent three hours in BRD on jailbreak the other day, just to discover that for some reason it wasn’t credited as completed.
I’d love to invade Orgrimarr with about 300 Alliance sometime.
I regret not leveling fishing… ok, that’s a lie.
I regret not leveling cooking… ha ha, another lie.
Just sometimes I wish I was on a PVP server so I could gank the horde bastard who steals a mine from me in mid-swing. (Although I’d probably get ganked first.)
No epic mount yet, but, haven’t really needed it for anything except Alterac Valley. And really, it’s better to let the meat shields get there ahead of me anyway.
I could have been more gold-savvy while leveling. But then at 60 I don’t really need the gold for much. I can’t beat my gear in the AH, and engineering doesn’t offer anything I really got to have.
I never had a feud with anyone. I need an arch-enemy!
I’m MC geared, and I haven’t seen any of the other raid instances higher than that. Someday I’ll go back and do them, just to see them.
The secret cow level, now there’s a regret.

took a break after 2 lvl 60s got geared up for mc BUT NEVER went now i regret not being able to do the end game instances because i doubt any serious players will ever go back, but i have hope maybe some of us people that took a break will get together and do endgame which is no longer endgame :) with me
