The problem is not the expansion itself, the problem is the item-inflation. It's idiotic that green helmets for lvl 60-62 have gotten the same stats as the lvl 60 shaman epic helmet.

The itemization was a problem in the past already and just got worse with the expansion.

Items for higher levels have to be stronger, no question. But it has to be a reasonable. Introducing 1-handed tbc weapons that easily outdamage pre-tbc 2-handers is just stupid, especially when they have the same (or nearly the same) lvl requirements.
