A man, a plan, a faction

There are a lot of new factions in the Burning Crusade. Just by looking at WoWWiki's factions page, I can count thirteen, and that's combining all the opposed faction ones like Honor Hold/Thrallmar, Mag'Har/Kurenai, and Aldors/Scryers.
With so many factions, it's nearly impossible to grind rep with all of them. So I've come up with a game plan. I have to get revered with Thrallmar, Lower City, the Sha'Tar, Cenarion Expedition and Keepers of Time to get my Mount Hyjal attunement, so those are a given. That alone should net me a couple of transmutes and alchemy recipes.
Aside from that, I have two factions I am considering grinding to exalted: the Scryers and the Consortium. They both have excellent daggers available at exalted, and I'd like to be able to start the endgame off with some good daggers. The Keepers of Time also have a nice dagger, but they seem significantly harder to grind solo than the other two. Plus, the Consortium is a group of ethereal smugglers! How cool is that?
After I've been 70 for a while, I may go back and do some exalted grinds to pick up alchemy recipes, but I doubt I'll be in any hurry. What factions do you want to grind out, and what reputation rewards are you lusting after?

Last night we defeated The Black Morass which took us a three tries to finally get it down to what we had to do. Each kill on a rift lord was 50rep and there are 15 total with the bosses giving I believe 120.
So 15*50=750 and 120 per boss * 3 is 360 added to that you should get about 1110rep every clear of this instance in the Caverns of Time. Plus once you complete the original quest and are on the quest to get your reward from a little boy/girl (I thin the name might've been Andormu) you get a ridiculous 8k rep. The three bosses weren't that tough except for the last one who apparently "Hits like a truck." They all dropped good stuff with the last one dropping a healer trinket that every healer in the game will most likely going for.

I just finished mag'har exhalted last night to get the mount. I still hadn't bothered getting an Epic mount so it was worth it to have something *somewhat* unique.
Definitely going for Consortium most likely next on my way to 70.

Not only are reputations nowhere CLOSE to impossible to get all 13 to exalted, it's probably the easiest thing you'll do.
Every instance gives rep of some sort. (sha'tar things tend to give scryer/aldor at the same time).
Considering the amount of instance runs people did at 60, and you get 1000+ per run... mathematically it's cake. Almost every faction, you end up at Revered with them by the time you finish all their quests, which leaves you with 20 or less runs through the high level instances to be Exalted.
How many times did you run UD Strat to pick up set pieces and loot? Unfortunately, AD rep ran out at a low reputation. If you're going to run Steamvault for loot anyway, you'll wind up being exalted with Cenarion Expedition in no time. You have to be revered anyway, you most likely have guild members who will need to run it at some point after you're revered as well (since everyone needs the keys for Heroic).
At the worst, you're sure not going to "one and done" run any of the Heroic instances, all of which still give rep to Exalted as far as I'm aware. Chances are you're going to be exalted with almost all of the Outland factions accidentally.

While I'm interested in faction grinding for the rewards and dungeon access... I really want to know if the Ashtongue Deathsworn (Akama and the other prison guards) faction is going to be an active faction... or just another Shen'dralar...

As I warlock Tailor/enchanter, I can't find any factions worth grinding myself up to exalted with. Only scyers, whom I'd like to get the epic pants tailor enchant thing they have going for them.
Everything else is more along the lines of "meh"
