Around Azeroth: An isolated waterfall

This waterfall is such a serene sight (without a single angry monster in view), that you must know it's in a low level zone. (Not to mention that pristine blue sky. Nope, this isn't Eastern Plaguelands.) And you'd be right -- this is an isolated corner in between Redridge and Duskwood in the human starting area, sent in by Galorana of Stormscale. Ah, this takes me back to a time when level 12 gnolls were my worst fear...

Yeah gnolls. Second only to Murlocs on the annoyance scale.
I don't recognize that place though. Is it in Elwynn Forest or Redridge? Looks too, well, red to be Elwynn.
