Speaking of lockpicking, I don't know if it was conscious on Blizzard's part, but skilling up is much easier in Outland than it was in Azeroth. Strong Boxes abound and I even have a saved stash of them in the bank that guarantees that I max out my skill every time I level, guaranteeing me a maximum lockpicking skill as soon as I reach 70.
