Maybe he made the wrong decision that time, but if it came to that then this was not the first wrong decision to have been made during the fight. Yet it is him who gets the full blame for the wipe.
You say that you "expect certain things", but I'm 100% serious when I say that unless you play a healer you don't understand the decisions that need to be made on a consistent basis, so you really don't know what to expect other than expecting perfection.
As a healer I expect that when things go south people other than me start popping their super healing potions when needed (at that point I probably have already used shadowfriend, trinket and a potion), does it happen? sometimes it does, sometimes not. But before blaming the hybrid do you demand to have everyone verify that their pot is on cooldown?
